Agent Lizzie is an AI-style business communications assistant that helps manage incoming calls and messages from multiple channels at once, including Google, Yelp, and Facebook. It responds around the clock, understands the business context, and communicates with customers in a consistent, attentive way.

Role Summary

This opening is for a Founding Sales Development Representative for a new initiative being launched at GTM Playroom. The opportunity is suited to someone who wants to help shape a function from the ground up, work side by side with founders, and contribute to an early-stage go-to-market effort aimed at the US market.

What You Will Work On

Running outbound outreach for US-based prospects
Finding and qualifying leads, along with researching target accounts
Drafting and refining cold email campaigns
Producing personalized Loom videos for prospective customers
Helping the founding team establish initial sales workflows and processes

What The Team Is Looking For

Between 6 months and 2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting roles
Comfort using email, LinkedIn, research methods, and prospecting software
Clear and confident communication abilities
A preference for responsibility, variety, and hands-on ownership rather than repetitive work
Previous direct experience working with founders is considered a strong advantage

Working Hours

The schedule runs from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST, five days per week.

Role Note

This is an early-stage SDR position rather than a fully structured, pre-defined one. It is intended for someone who enjoys testing ideas, learning quickly, and building an outbound engine from the beginning.
