Role overview
The Remote Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for handling customer conversations, tracking service requests, and keeping support activities organized. The position is centered on delivering a positive customer experience while making sure questions and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Core responsibilities
- Organize day-to-day customer support tasks and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Review incoming customer questions and requests from different communication channels.
- Help resolve service issues and support case handling.
- Keep customer information, case notes, and records accurate and up to date.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications
