Role Overview
Join a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange team focused on institutional sales across global markets. The role is suited to an experienced relationship and sales professional with a strong background in crypto derivatives and options, along with an existing network of clients who can be brought onboard.
This position may require relocation to Abu Dhabi.

What You Will Do
- Identify and win new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
- Strengthen relationships with current clients and support long-term business growth.
- Create and execute sales plans that help achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Spot fresh commercial opportunities across the market.
- Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and product updates.
- Share customer feedback with product teams to help improve offerings.
- Work closely with marketing and product functions to keep sales efforts aligned.
- Compile sales performance updates and market observations for leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience selling crypto derivatives and/or options.
- A proven history of working with trading firms, market makers, and institutional clients.
- Solid knowledge of global crypto markets and financial instruments.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
