Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is based in Abu Dhabi and is centered on quantity surveying for engineering and construction work. The successful candidate will handle BOQ preparation, project cost management, cost planning and control, and the preparation of detailed financial reports. The role calls for a proactive professional who can help keep project finances on target while ensuring all work remains aligned with project requirements.

Key Requirements

The ideal applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and bring at least 12 years of relevant experience, particularly in steel industrial structures. Prior UAE experience is strongly preferred. A solid track record in factories, warehouses, power plants, or other industrial facilities is important, and hands-on exposure to industrial construction or structural steel projects will be a major advantage.

Professional membership with RICS or an equivalent body is highly desirable. The role also requires strong command of MS Excel, Primavera, AutoCAD, and cost control systems, along with excellent commercial judgment, negotiation ability, and analytical thinking. The candidate must be comfortable coordinating multiple contractors and suppliers, understand international steel standards, and possess a valid UAE driving licence.
