Role Overview
The organisation is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to guide technology and business change initiatives from the planning stage through delivery. This position calls for someone who can own scope, timelines, resources, risks, communication, and execution quality while keeping stakeholders informed and business outcomes on track.
Responsibilities
- Steer projects end to end, covering both technology delivery and business transformation work.
- Create, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery checkpoints.
- Work closely with teams across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and business functions.
- Monitor key milestones, interdependencies, risks, and issues, and push for quick resolution.
- Run project review meetings, steering committee sessions, and leadership update discussions.
- Make sure deliverables stay aligned with business targets and customer expectations.
- Oversee project financial tracking, approval workflows, and governance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen efficiency and delivery performance.
- Build and present reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in technology, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations settings.
- Demonstrated ability to handle several projects at the same time in a demanding environment.
- Working knowledge of project delivery methods such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project tracking systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with stakeholder coordination and team leadership ability.
- Well-developed analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and sound decision-making skills.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other recognised project management credentials.
- Experience in enterprise applications, infrastructure, database optimisation, or process improvement projects is an advantage.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance practices is preferred.
