Overview
This role is with Amazon, a company focused on creating a highly customer-centric experience and continuously improving how customers receive their orders. The position is for a Process Associate (PA) in the fulfillment operations environment. The role is important for guiding associates, supporting standard work practices, and helping maintain safety, quality, and productivity across shifts.
What the role involves
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the shift.
- Handle administrative coordination for associates.
- Assign work to associates based on operational needs.
- Track, coach, and support associates on productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
- Review count status and help resolve problem queues.
- Own shift quality performance and related corrective actions.
- Plan and execute training and development support for associates.
- Perform daily 4M and 5S audits at the assigned workstations.
- Step in for the Area Manager when required.
Qualifications and background
The minimum educational requirement is high school or an equivalent qualification. Prior exposure to Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for at least 1 year is preferred.
