Role overview

A growing private credit investment platform is looking for an Investment Analyst to join its expanding real estate lending team in Sydney. This position suits someone with 2–5 years of experience in real estate, banking, valuations, investment analysis, or development who wants to move into private credit.

The platform offers tailored financing solutions for real estate across a wide mix of asset types and transaction structures. Typical loan sizes are around $20 million to $50 million plus, covering senior and mezzanine facilities.

What you will work on

• Assessing transactions and carrying out due diligence.
• Building financial models and analysing cash flow.
• Researching markets and individual assets.
• Preparing materials for the investment committee.
• Supporting portfolio management and reporting activities.
• Helping senior investment professionals with deal execution.

Ideal background

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate, banking, corporate finance, valuations, or a similar field.
• Strong capability in financial analysis and modelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commercial approach.
• Real interest in private credit and real estate finance.
• Clear communication skills and an eagerness to learn in a busy environment.
