Role overview
This opening is for an Internship Trainee based in Kochi, Kerala. The position is with The Muthoot Group and is structured as a full-time, on-site role.
Key responsibilities
- Help carry out internal audits across multiple departments.
- Support the team in compiling different audit reports.
- Build knowledge of loan document audits and, after training, independently review cases through docket audits.
- Understand the branch audit workflow and later complete branch audit checks on your own.
- Support the Regional Auditor during profile reviews and property visits.
- Assist in drafting audit findings, noting observations, and preparing follow-up action plans.

This role is intended to provide hands-on learning in audit processes, report preparation, and field-based review activities.
