Role overview
Reqrouteinc is looking for a imaginative Graphics Designer to support its social media recruiting work from United, Pennsylvania. This full-time position is focused on producing strong visual assets that help recruitment campaigns stand out across digital channels. The role calls for someone who can turn ideas into engaging visuals, tell stories through design, and help strengthen employer branding for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Create eye-catching graphics for social platforms, including job ads, brand awareness campaigns, and outreach content.
- Work with recruitment and marketing colleagues to shape and deliver design concepts that match campaign goals and brand standards.
- Build a range of digital materials such as social media creatives, website banners, infographics, and email layouts.
- Keep all visual output aligned with the identity of both the company and its clients while maintaining strong quality and originality.
- Handle several design assignments at once, taking them from concept development through final delivery while meeting deadlines.
- Track current design trends, platform-specific social media practices, and relevant technologies to keep content effective and fresh.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring prior experience in graphics design and a portfolio that demonstrates capability in digital and social media creative work. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is expected. A strong grasp of typography, colour theory, and layout is important, along with the ability to produce visuals suited to different social media formats. Good communication, teamwork, organisation, and time management skills are also needed. A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
Compensation
The role offers an hourly pay range of USD 30 to USD 61, depending on experience.
