Role overview

The organization is looking for a dependable and detail-focused General Cleaner to help keep one of its facilities clean, safe, and sanitary.

Key duties

• Clean assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors.
• Maintain restrooms, break areas, and other shared spaces in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Remove waste, empty bins, and install new liners.
• Remove dust from furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Wash windows, glass partitions, and related surfaces or equipment.
• Restock everyday supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• Follow all workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Inform a supervisor about any maintenance or repair concerns.
• Take on additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Comfort working as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Ability to respond to customer needs and follow supervisor directions.
• Dependable transportation and consistent on-time attendance.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
