Role overview

This position is for a practical and detail-focused Executive in Real Estate Analytics to assist with site evaluation, leasing support, and portfolio monitoring across KFC and Pizza Hut Singapore. It is aimed at someone at the early stage of their career who is keen on real estate analytics and enjoys turning data into actionable field-level insights.

The role sits at executive level and is intended for candidates who are early in their professional journey.

Key responsibilities

• Review site performance information such as sales patterns, customer catchment areas, and traffic movement to support business decisions.
• Contribute to feasibility checks for prospective locations.
• Build and interpret reports, dashboards, and tracking tools that help guide decision-making.
• Keep leasing, site, and portfolio records accurate and up to date.
• Help identify potential sites across Singapore.
• Carry out site visits to validate data findings and better understand the surrounding trade area.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence, including footfall levels, tenant mix, and positioning.
• Support lease paperwork, renewals, and monitoring of important deadlines.
• Liaise with landlords, agents, and internal teams to keep processes moving smoothly.
• Organise and maintain filing and documentation for lease-related records.

What the company is looking for

• A diploma or degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, retail, F&B, or property-related work.
• Strong capability in Excel and general data handling.
• A careful, organised approach with comfort working with numbers.
• Willingness to be present in the field and handle on-site work, not only desk-based tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across different teams.
