Job Summary

BDO India is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings.
  • Sort incoming correspondence, prepare outgoing mail and emails, respond to queries, screen calls, and set up conference calls when needed.
  • Work with different business teams to organize review meetings, discuss business plans, gather information, and build presentations for meetings.
  • Handle call screening and routing as part of daily administrative support.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and appointment calendars.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel as required.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome, and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant function can also be considered.
