E-commerce Manager

Role Overview

Deli Group Co., Ltd. is looking for a performance-focused E-commerce Manager to lead online marketplace operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time onsite role is suited to someone who can manage major local platforms, improve sales outcomes, and coordinate cross-functional execution across the business.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and strategic operations across leading e-commerce channels such as Amazon SA, Noon, Trendyol, and related Q-commerce platforms.
• Create and implement growth plans tailored to each platform, including product assortment, pricing, promotional activity, traffic generation, and conversion improvement.
• Take ownership of channel-level P&L and work toward stronger revenue, margin, and market share.
• Plan, run, and fine-tune paid campaigns on Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, and other platform marketing tools with a clear return-on-investment focus.
• Review business performance through dashboards and reports, then turn findings into practical actions.
• Work closely with design, marketing, finance, and outside partners to keep operations running smoothly.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the local operations team while defining KPIs and ensuring accountable execution.
• Track competitor activity, market movements, and platform policy updates to stay compliant and competitive.
• Assist with new product introductions and category growth, particularly in stationery, office machines, and tools.

Candidate Profile

• You should bring extensive hands-on experience in local e-commerce operations, along with prior management responsibility.
• Strong practical knowledge of Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and the Saudi local Q-commerce landscape is required.
• You need to be fluent in both English and Arabic, spoken and written, since both languages will be used at work.
• A solid command of business analysis, reporting, and performance improvement is essential.
• Experience optimizing advertising campaigns and driving traffic acquisition will be important in this role.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Background in office machines, stationery, tools, or similar product categories will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience with social media-led or content-led e-commerce will be beneficial.
