Role Overview

This fully remote position is for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk who will assist business development and operations teams by entering, checking, and keeping information current in internal systems. Candidates must be located in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and refresh business and client information with a high level of accuracy.
Check records to ensure they are complete, consistent, and error-free.
Compare data against source files and correct any mismatches.
Keep digital files and documentation well organized.
Generate simple reports for internal use.
Adhere to company standards for data quality, handling, and confidentiality.
Work toward agreed productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
Previous exposure to data entry or administrative work is an advantage.
Fast and accurate typing ability is important.
Comfort using MS Excel, Word, and common office software.
Strong focus on detail and good time management.
Must be able to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or database tools.
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
Background handling business development, sales, or operations data.

Work Schedule

This is a fully remote role aligned with standard business hours in Canada.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is USD 38,000 to USD 42,000, depending on experience and performance.
