AI-DOL is hiring a full-time Data Analyst in New Zealand to join the team in Auckland. This role is focused on turning raw data into clear, reliable insights that help guide day-to-day operations and longer-term business decisions.

What you'll do

• Gather data from different sources, then clean, check, and prepare it for analysis.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that support business priorities.
• Look for trends, recurring patterns, and opportunities hidden in the data.
• Track key performance indicators and share regular performance updates.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting and analysis needs.
• Carry out one-off analyses and explain the findings to management.
• Keep data accurate, consistent, and well-maintained across systems.
• Use data-based recommendations to support process improvements.
• Contribute to analytical models and forecasting work.
• Record analysis methods, reports, and related procedures clearly.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• Prior exposure to data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a comparable function is an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and core data analysis methods.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is beneficial.
• Strong reasoning, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Confident written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand.
