About the internship
This role is for a customer acquisition intern who will support lead generation, prospect outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team. The position is based in Thrissur and is designed for someone interested in building practical experience in sales and customer acquisition.
What you will do
- Search for and identify promising leads using online research, social media, and other available channels.
- Connect with potential customers through calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Review and qualify leads against customer needs while keeping the lead tracker up to date.
- Arrange meetings or product demonstrations between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversion chances and strengthen customer relationships.
- Record customer interactions, lead updates, and daily progress in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and sales teams to help meet monthly acquisition goals.
Who can apply

Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 8,000 to 15,000.
