About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Writer Manager to lead content creation, editorial planning, and storytelling across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will oversee content strategy, manage writers, and ensure all written materials align with brand voice, marketing goals, and audience engagement objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategy across web, blog, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers and contributors.
- Create, edit, and review high-quality written content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility.
- Plan and manage editorial calendars and content workflows.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards, tone of voice guidelines, and deadlines.
- Oversee content distribution across multiple platforms and channels.
- Stay updated with content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or editorial roles.
- Demonstrate 1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity is preferred.
- Exhibit strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
- Maintain a solid understanding of SEO and digital content strategy.
- Have experience managing content teams or freelance writers.
- Possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress is considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
