About the internship
This articleship offers practical exposure to accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate compliance. You’ll work with experienced professionals and develop real-world understanding of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and advisory work.
What you will do
- Support day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting tasks.
- Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audit work.
- Help with taxation processes, regulatory compliance, and return preparation and filing.
- Work on IPO-related tasks and compliance under the Companies Act.
- Contribute to audit and compliance assignments for listed entities.
- Draft financial statements, audit papers, supporting documents, and working papers.
- Review financial data, spot inconsistencies, and assist in resolving them.
- Coordinate with senior team members on client work and regulatory assignments.
- Keep yourself informed about accounting standards, tax rules, and corporate regulations.
