Where you'll work
仕事内容
Role overview
We are looking for a builder who can take full responsibility for a feature from the first commit in an empty repository all the way to a live production release. This is not a narrowly defined frontend, backend, QA, or DevOps role. The expectation is end-to-end ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to stand behind the complete outcome of your work.
AI-assisted development is central to the way this team works. You will guide the process, have the AI draft code, and then carefully review every line yourself. The emphasis is on decision-making and quality, not on typing speed. Candidates who simply accept whatever AI produces without understanding it will not be a fit.
What you will own
- Complete delivery of a feature across frontend, backend, database, and deployment.
- Quality from start to finish, including writing tests and performing your own QA checks.
- AI-led development workflows, using AI as a productivity tool while validating all output before shipping.
- Realistic planning and delivery, including early communication if timelines may slip.
- Client-facing communication when needed, such as explaining what was built and why it was built that way.
What we are looking for
- A person who can turn an idea into a production release within a week when needed.
- Strong technical foundations and the ability to recognize when generated code is incorrect or incomplete.
- Comfort using AI as an accelerator rather than relying on it blindly.
- A focus on quality and ownership over job titles or narrow responsibilities.
- A production-minded approach that starts with logs and diagnosis instead of deflection when issues arise.
Who should not apply
- People who depend entirely on AI and cannot explain or validate the code they ship.
- Specialists who only want to work within one small part of the stack and avoid broader ownership.
- Developers unwilling to adopt AI-driven workflows.
- Anyone who prefers to treat issues as someone else’s responsibility once the code is merged.
What you get
- A flat team structure with no hierarchy above the work itself.
- The chance to own complete products rather than isolated tickets.
- A fast-moving environment aligned with the pace of modern software development.
How to apply
Share examples of work you have delivered end to end instead of sending a buzzword-heavy resume. Include what the AI contributed and what you personally handled. If this is already how you work, you will know it immediately from the way this role is described.
