OverviewWe are looking for an Avature specialist with hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and improving Avature Talent Solutions. Avature is a flexible talent platform that can support ATS, CRM, onboarding, automation, reporting, and broader talent engagement use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full implementation and launch of Avature Talent Solutions.Set up workflows, forms, portals, approval chains, automation logic, and access permissions.Collect business needs and convert them into scalable Avature configurations.Build and refine recruiting workflows within Avature ATS and CRM.Create dashboards, reports, analytics views, and operational tracking metrics.Assist with integrations involving HRIS platforms, background verification vendors, assessment systems, and other enterprise applications.Carry out testing, UAT, end-user training, and change management support.Deliver continuous platform improvements, issue resolution, and advisory support based on best practices.Work with Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to improve adoption and ongoing process effectiveness.Required QualificationsPractical experience in Avature implementation, administration, or system configuration.Solid knowledge of ATS, CRM, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting Operations workflows.Experience setting up workflows, forms, automation rules, portals, and reporting features.Preferred QualificationsAvature certification across Level 1 to Level 4 is preferred.Background working with large-scale recruiting organizations is an advantage.Exposure to integrations, data migration, and Avature Junction is desirable.Experience supporting global recruiting or talent management setups is a plus.
