Associate Business Analyst

About the Role

This position is for a detail-focused Business Analyst with strong exposure to the healthcare sector, while also being comfortable working across other business domains. The role centers on product thinking, requirement discovery, UI/UX planning, and creating complete solution designs. Experience with the Zoho ecosystem will be considered a strong plus.

You will serve as the link between business teams, clients, and technical teams, making sure requirements are clearly understood, well documented, and translated into effective digital solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Convert product ideas and concepts into structured deliverables such as prototypes, wireframes, and SRS documents.
• Study the competitive landscape and position products in a way that improves their appeal to end users.
• Contribute to product ownership by shaping complete end-to-end product flows.
• Stay updated on current web and mobile UI/UX patterns, navigation practices, and design trends.
• Work with clients to collect requirements and translate them into functional or technical specifications.
• Act as a consultant for prospective clients by identifying pain points and suggesting practical, innovative solutions.
• Carry out functional and technical feasibility checks for new products and services.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are realistic, clear, and aligned with project goals.
• Prepare business analysis deliverables such as BRD and FSD documents along with business process flows.
• Create prototypes and wireframes to visualize requirements.
• Review the current and proposed systems to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Prepare delta or change-request documents and support change control activities.
• Work closely with design, development, QA, and system teams to meet internal project milestones.
• Use wireframing and mockup tools effectively, and identify risk areas during requirement documentation and testing.

Requirements

• Experience or familiarity with healthcare-based projects is preferred, especially where Zoho tools are involved.
• Understanding of wireframing tools, mockup creation, and related design technologies.
• Basic knowledge of UX methods, approaches, and current best practices.
• Ability to turn user problems into business requirements and propose user-centered solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good documentation and presentation abilities.
• Comfort with taking vague or incomplete inputs and turning them into clear, actionable requirements.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
