This opportunity is with a well-established financial services organization that operates across the country. The company is known for its collaborative culture and for creating room for career growth.
What the role involves
The position is an administrative role focused on supporting business development and growth activities. It calls for strong computer skills and hands-on experience with a customer relationship management system, including everyday tasks such as handling leads, arranging discovery meetings, coordinating proposals, and ensuring smooth onboarding handoffs for new clients.
You will be expected to keep track of all active leads, both inbound and outbound, along with prospects, referral partnerships, and opportunities. Each item should have an up-to-date status, a clearly assigned owner, and a documented next action.
The role also includes preparing pipeline review materials, such as dashboards, for the Senior Vice President of Business Development and for Growth Team leadership. In addition, you will help plan and run growth campaigns, events, seminars, and referral-development efforts, while recording results and conversion activity in the CRM.
Another part of the job is supporting leadership reporting by keeping metrics accurate and aligned with growth targets, team accountability, and the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Compensation and benefits
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a starting salary in the range of $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and CRM expertise.
