About the internship
ConsultBae works across three fast-growing business areas: recruitment and staffing, AI data services, and e-learning. The company is looking for Sales Development Representative (SDR) interns who can help create and grow its outbound sales pipeline from scratch. This role is designed for someone eager to build practical knowledge in B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
What you’ll do
- Build and sharpen Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for ConsultBae’s different business verticals.
- Compile strong prospect lists by researching companies through LinkedIn, Apollo, company websites, and similar research tools.
- Spot buying triggers such as fundraising news, senior hiring, expansion moves, and active recruitment trends.
- Reach out in a personalized way to founders, CXOs, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers using LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Keep prospect activity, outreach progress, and pipeline status updated accurately in CRM tools and Google Sheets.
- Monitor daily outreach numbers and prepare weekly updates on lead generation and meeting-booking results.
- Work closely with the leadership team to improve messaging, targeting approach, and prospecting workflows.
Performance focus
The main objective is to secure qualified meetings for the leadership team through outbound prospecting and relationship-building. This is a strictly outbound sales role, with no inbound leads provided.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Gurgaon, Haryana, be able to start between 8 June 2026 and 13 July 2026, and commit to the full 6-month duration. - Strong written English communication.
