Easy Home Finance is offering an in-office HR internship for someone interested in supporting core recruitment and employee documentation tasks. The company is a technology-driven home finance business focused on customer experience, efficiency, and a paper-light approach to financial services. What you will do

• Review and screen candidate profiles as part of the hiring process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Update and maintain candidate and recruitment data accurately.
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters when required.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, are available for a 3-month internship, and can begin between 18 June 2026 and 23 July 2026. Applicants must be based in Mumbai and should have relevant skills and interest in HR work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are encouraged to apply, and freshers may also be considered.

• The role requires availability for a 6-day work week.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 to INR 10,000.
