About the roleThis internship is designed for someone who wants to support campus hiring and student outreach for a career development platform focused on learners from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges. The work is remote and part-time, and the selected intern will help bring in college students to participate as Sales Ambassadors.What you'll doFind and engage college students who can join as Sales Ambassadors for the platform.Review applicants through WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and carry out short initial interviews.Welcome selected ambassadors and explain the sales process clearly to them.Monitor ambassador performance and share weekly progress numbers.Keep an organized record of all recruited and active ambassadors.Who can applyThis opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 21 May 2026 and 25 Jun 2026, and can commit to the internship for 4 weeks. Applicants should have relevant interest and skills. Women looking to begin or restart their career are also encouraged to apply.Preferred profileCandidates pursuing BBA, MBA, or any other graduation are preferred. Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or recruitment is an advantage. Comfort with outreach on WhatsApp and LinkedIn is also preferred.Stipend and incentive structureThe internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,500 to 6,500. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 5,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 500 to 1,500 per month.PerksInterns will receive a certificate, flexible working hours, and a 5-day work week.About the companyThe organization is a career development platform built for students from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges, with a focus on private-sector jobs.
