Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a warehouse team member with inventory control awareness to support day-to-day operations in Waterford. In this role, you will help keep the warehouse organized, supply production with the materials it needs, and collect semi-finished and finished goods so they can be stored or shipped on schedule.

You will also help maintain accurate and dependable stock levels. The position may involve working with manual and powered material-handling tools as well as packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the physical and administrative work involved in receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Support both internal manufacturing needs in Waterford and external commercial customers.
• Follow company procedures and guidelines in all warehouse activities; training will be provided.
• Check incoming deliveries for correct quantity and quality, label materials when needed, and complete put-away tasks.
• Help maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized work environment.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to support a productive team culture and positive working relationships.
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments, reconcile purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries to end users or designated drop-off locations.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed in cooperation with the team.

Knowledge and Skills

• High school diploma plus 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP.

Physical Requirements

Work must be completed in a safe and clean manner while meeting quality and safety standards. The role involves regular or frequent lifting and moving of medium-weight materials, and at times handling heavier items in awkward positions.
