Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Patna for a Vehicle Care Technician. The role involves delivering high-quality washing and maintenance support at customer locations as well as at BikeSpa service points. The technician will be expected to work carefully, represent the brand professionally, and help ensure every vehicle is serviced to the company’s quality expectations.

What you will do

• Carry out external washing for bikes and cars, including foam-based cleaning methods.
• Perform interior cleaning and apply polishing or protective treatments as per company standards.
• Check vehicles for basic upkeep needs and spot visible concerns that may need attention.
• Explain service observations and recommendations clearly to customers or supervisors.
• Use cleaning tools and products responsibly and in line with safety practices.
• Follow standard operating procedures and keep the service area neat and well organized.
• Respect health, safety, and environmental guidelines while working.
• Arrive on time, maintain professional conduct, and communicate clearly with customers.
• Record completed services accurately using checklists or mobile applications.

What we are looking for

• A good grounding in vehicle care and maintenance basics.
• Practical exposure to routine service activities, or a willingness to learn them quickly.
• Basic familiarity with vehicle systems; knowledge of suspension and related parts is helpful.
• Comfort with physically active work, including standing, bending, and lifting for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail while cleaning, polishing, and inspecting vehicles.
• Good customer handling skills with clear communication and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Dependability, time discipline, and the ability to follow structured processes.
• Prior experience in a wash, detailing, or workshop environment is an advantage, though motivated fresh learners may also be considered.

Work environment

This role is based in Patna, Bihar and requires on-site work. Tasks may be performed at customer premises or at BikeSpa service points, including outdoor or semi-outdoor conditions.
