Key responsibilities

• Learn the details of each product or service and stay updated whenever the offerings change.
• Maintain and refresh customer contact lists with accurate information.
• Place calls to both existing and potential clients to promote purchases.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, complaints, and suggestions.
• Keep clear notes of important points from every conversation.
• Pass along verbal confirmations from clients to the sales team so the deal can be completed.
• Track both successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
• Participate in routine team discussions to review progress and expectations.
• Handle every interaction with courtesy and professionalism, even in difficult situations.
