About the Company
Tk Steels is an industrial steel manufacturer operating from Ludhiana, Punjab. The group runs two key production entities and works with advanced rolling mills and induction furnace technology to produce mild steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel products.
The organization also emphasizes environmentally responsible manufacturing through pollution-control systems and large-scale afforestation efforts, while moving toward a more professionally managed and process-driven setup.
Role Overview
This position supports the sales function through coordination, documentation, vendor approvals, and dispatch planning. The role is suited to someone who is comfortable handling follow-ups, keeping records updated, and working closely with internal teams to keep customer approvals and deliveries moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on and accelerate paperwork related to new customer vendor and sample approvals.
- Prepare and organize MTC, NDT, and other quality or test certificate documents required for dispatches.
- Work with PPC and dispatch teams to coordinate shipment and delivery timing.
- Keep an updated approval tracker that the sales team can refer to easily.
- Assist sales executives with account-related documentation and coordination support.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate has some exposure to steel, metals, or industrial B2B environments and has handled vendor approvals, sample approvals, or quality paperwork before. A basic comfort with technical product details such as grades, sizes, chemistry, and mechanical tolerances will be helpful, though an engineering background is not mandatory.
This role requires strong follow-through, organized working habits, and the ability to coordinate across sales, quality, PPC, dispatch, and sometimes customer-side teams. The position is support-oriented rather than a direct customer-facing sales role.
Working Requirements
The role is based on-site in Ludhiana and is intended for someone willing to work full time from the office.
