Role overview

This position focuses on technical and logistical supply support for naval operations. The role combines inventory oversight, spare-parts planning, and administrative coordination to help maintain efficient supply readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain spare parts inventories and material requirement lists.
• Update and refine parts-list codes according to Navy instructions and aligned with unified extension support principles.
• Review devices and equipment held in Navy ship stores to assist inventory management.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative activities.
• Prepare inventory reports.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPIM, CPSM, or CSCMP are expected. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in supply chain management and 5 years in warehouse management, along with familiarity with military supply preparation requirements. Strong computer proficiency is also needed.
