Role Overview
CultFit is hiring a full-time Strength and Conditioning professional for its Ahmedabad location. This position follows a split-shift work pattern and is suited to someone who enjoys coaching, fitness training, and helping members improve their performance.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a salary of ₹30,000 along with incentives. Additional benefits include paid training and medical insurance. The organization is looking for someone who can join immediately.
Work Arrangement
This is an on-site, full-time opportunity based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Requirements
Applicants should be fluent in English and demonstrate strong communication as well as coaching abilities. A genuine interest in fitness and coaching is important for success in this role.
Interview Process
Selection may include an online or offline interview with the CultFit HR team. Prior experience managing group classes is preferred. Candidates may also be asked to show basic movement patterns and coaching capability during the assessment.
