Role Overview

Key Technical Expectations
- Practical experience in ServiceNow administration, including support for production environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux.
- Hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow ITSM module.

- Exposure to ServiceNow administration for production system support.
- Experience with Linux-based environments.
- Development work in ITSM within ServiceNow.
