Job Overview
The company is hiring a Service Engineer for multiple locations, including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Gujarat, and Baroda. The role focuses on delivering service support for water and wastewater treatment systems and managing related customer and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver service support for water and wastewater solutions across different treatment plants.
- Handle AMC, O&M, OTS, customer retention, billing, and collection-related activities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of water, wastewater, and treatment chemicals.
- Meet monthly activity targets shared by the branch.
- Participate in monthly branch review meetings and help assess performance.
- Be prepared to travel as required for the role.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold a Diploma, B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, or ITI qualification in any specialization. The company is looking for candidates with 2 to 8 years of service experience.
