About the role
Highspring is seeking a Senior Telecaller to support its sales function by connecting with prospective customers over the phone. The role requires strong verbal communication in both English and Hindi, along with the ability to present offerings clearly, influence decisions, and contribute to revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company’s products and services.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through professional and effective communication.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and strive to achieve or exceed them.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain precise records of customer conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to deliver a smooth and consistent customer journey.
- Keep product information and market updates current to improve customer interactions.

Salary
The compensation offered is INR 2,00,000 to INR 5,00,000 per year.
