Senior Field Engineer

Job Summary

This is a strong fit for an experienced field engineer who can lead installation and site operations on large infrastructure works. The position focuses on delivering engineering tasks safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering installation work across several active sites.
• Carry out inspections to confirm workmanship quality and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to keep work moving smoothly.
• Assess technical documents and installation methods before execution.
• Identify site problems and apply practical corrective measures.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records and technical files.
• Ensure work follows quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is needed.
• Prior substantial experience in managing engineering installation projects is expected.
• Good understanding of engineering codes, standards, and field supervision practices.
• Strong planning, coordination, organisation, and leadership abilities are required.
