Job Summary
Niceone is looking for an energetic, customer-oriented salesperson to strengthen its Riyadh operation. In this position, you will help win new business, oversee customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels, handle day-to-day sales work to meet regional goals, and serve as a professional representative of the Niceone brand. The role calls for excellent communication, a strong focus on results, and the ability to work independently within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and major accounts throughout Riyadh; present offerings, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into sales to achieve or exceed targets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to support repeat business, correct order handling, and consistently high satisfaction.
- Organize daily travel plans and customer calls across Riyadh to maximize territory coverage, maintain product availability, and carry out merchandising plans.
- Make sure products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished in line with brand standards and promotional timelines.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer contacts, and inventory levels; prepare recurring sales reports and update CRM or other sales tools as needed.
- Track competitor moves, market changes, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities and share insights with the sales manager.
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to support accurate orders, on-time deliveries, and smooth promotion rollouts.
- Address customer questions quickly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to protect trust and maintain a positive brand reputation.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, ideally in FMCG, retail, or distribution; however, motivated recent graduates with strong commercial potential may also be considered.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both spoken and interpersonal, to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, handle objections, and close deals.
- Good planning and time-management skills, including route planning and accurate documentation.
- Comfort with smartphones, CRM platforms, and MS Office for reporting and communication.
- Willingness to travel across Riyadh and work flexible hours when required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
