About the role
RG&T Solutions is hiring a meticulous Remote Data Entry - Product Support specialist to help manage product information and assist customers. The role is anchored in Minot, North Dakota, while allowing remote work flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, revise, and keep product records accurate and up to date across company databases.
- Handle product-related troubleshooting and respond to customer support needs in a timely manner.
