Key responsibilities

• Carry out weekly audits of retail stores according to the audit calendar, making sure sales practices, cash management, stock control, trade-in handling, fixed asset tracking, security standards, Apple planogram compliance, and store manual procedures are being followed.
• Visit service centers each week to assess repair quality and operational consistency in line with the Apple Service Provider Manual, operating procedures, Service News, GSX, Apple retail/service standards, and other Apple-issued updates.
• Work through the required shop or branch checklist and verify that all tasks are completed correctly.
• Review the certification status and compliance of employees and technicians.
• Evaluate KBBs against agreed KPIs, identify gaps, and report any issues uncovered.
• Track the full repair journey from case creation through to final closure.
• Observe repairs using CCTV monitoring and follow up where needed.
• Coach technicians, provide feedback, and explain operational procedures whenever clarification is required.
• Suggest improvements to repair workflows and controls to strengthen overall quality assurance.
• Review financial documents and supporting records to prepare audit reports.
• Share audit results and recommended actions with local and senior leadership through written reports and presentations.
• Maintain proper inspection records and produce analytical reports for management.
• Assist with vendor audits when requested.

Requirements

• Apple Certified Macintosh or iOS technician certification is required.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Discretion and confidentiality are important, especially when dealing with sensitive financial data.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.

Education

A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
