Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Project Administrator to help drive project planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution. In this role, you will partner with project managers and cross-functional team members to keep work moving on schedule, within scope, and in line with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help plan, structure, and coordinate project-related tasks and timelines.
  • Keep project schedules, records, and supporting documentation up to date.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and compile status updates.
  • Arrange meetings, draft agendas, and record meeting notes and minutes.
  • Serve as a communication link between stakeholders and project team members.
  • Track deadlines and follow through on assigned action items.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and allocation of resources.
  • Organize project files and ensure records remain accurate and complete.
  • Spot possible project risks and bring concerns forward when needed.
  • Support project reporting and a range of administrative duties.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
