About Girl Effect
Girl Effect is a global non-profit that designs media and digital experiences that girls trust, want, and need. Through chatbots, chat shows, TV dramas, and technology, the organisation reaches millions of girls across Africa and Asia, helping them make informed choices and meaningful changes in their lives. Its work creates safe, youth-friendly spaces where girls can access reliable information on health, nutrition, education, relationships, and more. By combining content with technology, Girl Effect equips girls with the confidence and skills to challenge expectations and take control of their bodies, health, learning, and livelihoods.
