Procurement Manager

Role overview

We are looking for a mid-level to senior procurement professional who can own sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination, and broader procurement activities. The position focuses on securing strong value for the business through smart buying decisions, dependable vendor relationships, and efficient day-to-day procurement execution.

What you will do

• Create and refine procurement plans that support business objectives and cost-saving goals.
• Handle the full purchasing cycle, from sourcing and negotiation through buying and contract administration.
• Find, assess, and oversee suppliers, vendors, and service partners.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and service levels to balance quality with cost efficiency.
• Track supplier delivery performance, compliance, and adherence to agreed terms.
• Work closely with operations, finance, logistics, and production teams to anticipate procurement demand.
• Make sure all procurement work follows internal policies, applicable laws, and ethical standards.
• Review market movements, price changes, and supply-chain risks to guide purchasing decisions.
• Manage procurement budgets, monitor spending, and track savings initiatives.
• Keep procurement documentation accurate, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor records.
• Coordinate resolution of supply disruptions, delays, and quality issues with suppliers.
• Drive ongoing improvements in sourcing methods and procurement efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement workflows, supplier assessment, and contract handling.
• Experience using ERP platforms, procurement systems, or supply chain software is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage several vendors, priorities, and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, and market research approaches.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
