G4S is looking for a trained Lady Security Guard to help protect people, property, and information across assigned sites in Andhra Pradesh. The role involves active site security work such as patrols, access control, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents to help maintain a safe environment.

Key duties

• Safeguard premises, assets, and sensitive information.
• Submit daily updates and reports to the supervisor according to site procedures.
• Follow all company policies and operational procedures at all times.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Operate and keep watch over security equipment and systems.
• Manage entry and exit of people, materials, and vehicles.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify unsafe conditions or hazards that could affect the property or individuals on site.
• Inspect outdoor parking areas as needed to help protect vehicles and spot unauthorized persons.
• Prepare written reports whenever required.
• Support site protection by observing, detecting, and helping prevent suspicious or criminal activity.
• Carry out patrols by foot or vehicle where assigned, and respond appropriately during emergencies.

Eligibility and criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass.
• Women applicants should have a minimum height of 5 feet.
• Age should be between 18 and 35 years for freshers.
• Experienced security guards may apply up to 40 years of age.
• Applicants must be physically and medically fit and should appear mature.
