About the Role
This opportunity is with Mercor, a company that connects top-tier creative and technical professionals with AI research labs. The organization is based in San Francisco and is backed by investors such as Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.
The role is for an Operations, inventory, and capacity planning evaluator working remotely on a contract basis.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-created content using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot issues related to accuracy, visual polish, and layout in documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
- Write precise, well-organized feedback that helps improve model outputs.
- Use strong expertise in operations, inventory, and capacity planning to judge outputs effectively.
- Work on your own schedule, independently and asynchronously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining evaluation quality.
What You Need
- At least 5 years of professional experience in operations, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Strong command of English, either native-level or professional fluency.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
Preferred Profile
- A Master’s degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
Compensation
Pay is set at $80 to $120 per hour.
