Role Overview
R3 - Réseau Recharge Rapide is looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead core people operations and shape the organization’s talent strategy. This mid-to-senior level position will cover recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development, with the goal of supporting business expansion and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out HR policies, processes, and initiatives that support business priorities.
- Run the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and selection through onboarding.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary cases.
- Direct performance management activities such as reviews, KPI tracking, and development planning.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll-related activities, and recognition programs.
- Maintain compliance with employment legislation, labor regulations, and internal standards.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and culture.
- Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and wider organizational development efforts.
- Review HR data and metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Lead learning and development programs that build employee capability.
- Manage HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, and other digital HR tools.
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure people strategy aligns with business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in HR management, HR generalist work, or HR business partnering is required.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and accepted HR practices.
- Hands-on experience in hiring, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Confident leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Good judgment and the ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems effectively.
- Must be able to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll tools will be an advantage.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional HR credentials such as SHRM or CIPD are considered a plus.
