Role overview
This position supports the HR function by helping the team deliver timely, compliant services across recruitment, employee records, day-to-day lifecycle activities, and HR administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding, including orientation for operators, and support offboarding processes.
- Handle matters related to foreign employees’ work passes.
- Coordinate training records, administration, and certification tracking for operators.
- Organize HR welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Manage eLeave processes in Workday and prepare related reports.
- Maintain HR documentation such as personal files and employee information in the Workday system.
- Address daily operational issues involving blue-collar workers/operators.
- Track new employee confirmation timelines and ensure confirmations are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or Human Resources, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A friendly and approachable manner.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Capable of supporting Mandarin-speaking internal stakeholders.
- Good at setting priorities and thinking through issues in a structured way.
