Job Overview

Minor Hotels is hiring a Guest Services Agent for the Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar. Minor Hotels is an international hotel owner, operator, and investor with more than 530 properties across a wide global footprint, including brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and Tivoli. Its portfolio spans over 50 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America.

Role Summary

The Guest Services Agent is expected to deliver service with courtesy and professionalism, manage guest reservations, welcome and register arrivals, support guests throughout their stay, and complete checkout and billing procedures at departure.

Key Duties

The role requires timely handling of guest questions, special requests, and feedback, with the goal of ensuring a smooth and satisfying hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation
• Previous exposure to hotel front office work is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with English fluency required
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Comfort using Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management systems is preferred
