About Pawzz Foundation
Pawzz Foundation is a pioneering animal welfare organization based in Gurgaon committed to raising awareness about animal-related issues. It provides an online community platform where animal enthusiasts can volunteer, adopt pets, fund campaigns, and share rescue stories. The organization aims to eliminate stigma around animals and foster harmonious coexistence between humans and animals in India.
Internship Overview
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Pawzz Foundation has played a vital role in caring for thousands of stray animals. Supported by over 20,000 interns, the foundation feeds 350+ stray dogs daily in Gurugram and raises funds for numerous medical cases across Delhi-NCR and other regions including Varanasi, Meerut, and Tughlaqabad where medical support is limited. They also run sterilization and vaccination campaigns to reduce human-animal conflicts and control stray dog populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in fundraising campaigns to provide essential care for injured, abandoned, and vulnerable animals while gaining practical experience in communication, marketing, community engagement, and fundraising.
- Support critical medical and rescue operations by contributing to fundraising efforts, enabling impactful social contributions remotely from any location in India.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work from home and commit to the internship between 4th September 2026 and 9th October 2026.
- Availability for a continuous 2-week period is required.

Additional Requirements
- Strong enthusiasm for fundraising and community impact.
- Ability to operate independently and cooperate within a remote team environment.
- Prior experience in fundraising or volunteering is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation & Other Perks
- Stipend ranging from INR 1,500 to 15,000 offered as a lump sum, comprising fixed pay of INR 1,000 to 10,000 plus incentives between INR 500 and 5,000.
- Certificate of internship completion and letter of recommendation provided to successful participants.
