Emerald Airlines is hiring direct entry Captains for its Dublin base. Minimum criteria

• At least 2,000 total flying hours, with a minimum of 1,000 hours on large multi-crew commercial transport aircraft above 5,700 kg.
• Minimum of 500 recent pilot-in-command hours.
• Valid EASA licence and a current Class 1 medical certificate.
• Unrestricted permission to live and work in Ireland.
• Strong command of English.

Selection process

• Shortlisted candidates will first complete an online assessment, introduced to meet the EASA requirement for a work-related behavioural assessment before training under CAT.GEN.MPA.175.
• Those who progress will attend interviews with members of the People team and Flight Operations team.
• Successful interview candidates will move on to a simulator assessment.
• Applicants who complete all three stages successfully may be offered a place on a type rating course.
