About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Help gather, organize, and keep current records tied to land, regulatory, and operational work.
  • Support the creation and filing of regulatory documents, reports, and related paperwork.
  • Examine data connected to leases, permits, wells, production, and other operating activities.
  • Keep databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools accurate and complete.
  • Assist with researching regulatory obligations and watching compliance deadlines.
  • Support land administration tasks such as document review, ownership tracking, and record control.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and presentation materials for internal teams.
  • Work with land, regulatory, engineering, and operations staff to collect and verify information.

Requirements
