Role overview

This position is suited to a mature professional with prior experience who can manage customer-facing operations, support client communication, and assist with basic office administration along with day-to-day accounts data entry in Tally.

Core responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for customers and handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints by phone and email in a prompt, courteous manner.
  • Maintain client accounts and support relationship management through clear and professional communication.
  • Independently prepare, structure, and send emails to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Record customer conversations, service issues, and resolutions accurately in MS Word and Excel.
  • Carry out routine billing, invoicing, and basic accounting-related data entry work.

Additional requirements

  • Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, client relationship management, or back-office administration.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Fluency in spoken Gujarati is mandatory.
  • Ability to speak Marathi is preferred and will be an added advantage.
